The folder
Six years of reports in a plastic file, in the order they came home. Finding last winter’s means going through all of it on the floor.
The lab that closed
The report is somewhere in there. The lab that issued it is not answering the phone, and nobody has the result but you.
The question you cannot answer
“And what was your sugar in March?” You know it was tested. You do not know the number, and the appointment is seven minutes long.
Digitising years of paper sounds like an evening you will never spend. It is closer to a few minutes: photograph a report, glance at what was read, and it is in. Do the last one first, and the rest when you feel like it.
Three steps, and the middle one is the point.
A record you did not check is not a record you can trust.

Upload or photograph the report
A PDF the lab emailed, or a photograph of the printed page. Multiple pages go in as one report. If the connection drops mid-upload, it waits and finishes when the signal comes back.

Check what was read off the page
Every value is shown to you against the report it came from. Anything read with less confidence is put in front of you individually. Nothing is filed until you say so.

It joins your record permanently
The value becomes a point on a line. The original document stays attached to it, so any number can be traced back to the page it was printed on.
What it looks like after a few reports
One account can hold more than one person’s record — this one belongs to somebody’s mother, kept by her daughter. Whose record is open is stated at the top of every screen.

One page you can hand over
A consultation is seven minutes. Nobody is going to scroll through an app in front of you. So there is a printable page: recent values, the direction each one is moving, current medications, and anything you have recorded about allergies — laid out to be read in the room.

Privacy
Where your records go
You are handing medical records to a company you had not heard of before today. That deserves a straight answer on the front page rather than a link in the footer.
- Encrypted
- In transit and at rest. Documents are stored separately from the account that owns them.
- Never sold
- Not to insurers, not to pharmaceutical companies, not to advertisers. There is no version of this where your results are the product.
- Yours to export
- The whole record, any time, as PDF and as structured data — including the original files exactly as you uploaded them.
- Yours to delete
- Delete the account and the records and documents go with it. Not archived, not retained for analytics.
Appointments and medications
Keep a calendar of visits with the reports from each one attached underneath, so a past appointment carries its own paperwork.
Reminders that reach the phone
Set a medication schedule with a start and an end date, and the phone app reminds you when a dose is due — including with no signal, because the reminder is scheduled on the device. Doses are entered by you; the app never reads a dosage off a prescription.
